Welcome to TuitionSetu. By using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What we do

TuitionSetu is a platform that connects students and parents with local tutors and coaching institutes. We do not employ tutors, and we are not a party to any agreement made between a student and a tutor.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings

Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their listings, including fees, qualifications and contact details. TuitionSetu does not independently verify every claim made in a listing, and the "Verified" label only indicates that a listing has been reviewed for basic completeness — not a guarantee of teaching quality.

4. Fees

Creating an account and listing classes on TuitionSetu is currently free. Any fees charged by tutors for their classes are agreed directly between the tutor and the student — TuitionSetu is not involved in these transactions and does not collect any commission at this time.

5. User conduct

• Do not post false, misleading or offensive content.
• Do not use the platform to harass, spam or scam other users.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account.

6. Limitation of liability

TuitionSetu is provided "as is". We do our best to keep listings accurate and the platform running smoothly, but we are not liable for any disputes, losses or damages arising from interactions between students and tutors.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these terms, without prior notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
