• Account details you provide: name, email, phone number, city, and account type (student or tutor).
• Listing details tutors choose to add: institute name, subjects, fees, description and photos.
• Messages you send us through the Contact page.

2. How we use this information

We use your information to run the platform — to show your listing to students, let you log in, send account-related emails (like verification and password reset), and respond to your queries. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Emails are sent through Brevo, our email delivery partner. Both providers process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it secure.

4. Your choices

You can update or correct your profile information at any time from your Profile page. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at singhmodex@gmail.com.

5. Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

6. Children's privacy

TuitionSetu is intended to be used by parents and adult students. If you are under 18, please use this platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
